Six Week Life Coaching Sessions

During this week, the focus will be on assessing where the client is currently in their life and setting goals for where they would like to be. The coaching sessions will involve discussion on past achievements as well as areas the client would like to improve upon. Together, the coach and client will set achievable goals for the coming weeks.
